A visual schedule turns a routine into clear, predictable tasks. It can help children, students and adults see what is happening now, what comes next and when a task is complete. Visual schedules are often used for autism, ADHD, classroom transitions, morning routines, bedtime routines and homework planning.
This tool runs in your browser and does not require an account. You can build a routine, edit the labels, print it and use it at home, school or work. Like all ZingoTools assistive tools, it is permanently ad-free.
Tips for making a useful visual schedule
- Keep each task short and specific.
- Use optional times only when they reduce stress rather than add pressure.
- Start with five to seven tasks for a routine.
- Print the schedule and place it where the routine happens.
- Use the Visual Timer for tasks that need a time boundary.
