Clean print tip: To remove the date, website address and page number, open More settings in the print window and untick Headers and footers.
Privacy first: ZingoTools does not upload, store or save the invoice data you enter. A draft is stored in your browser only when you choose “Save draft.” Uploaded logos also stay on your device.
Enter your business details and the customer’s billing information, then give the invoice a unique number. Add each product or service as a separate line with its quantity, rate and applicable tax. The calculator updates the subtotal, tax, discount, shipping and final amount automatically.
Before sending an invoice, confirm the customer name, dates, currency, payment instructions and total. Select Print / Save PDF, then choose your browser’s Save as PDF option to create a file you can email. Keep your own copy for accounting and record-keeping.
